The system is prepared for future water recycling.

For years, our trucks, trailers, cars, and all equipment have been washed on Saturdays using a brush, bucket, and high-pressure cleaner. That's how we started, and it worked well, but as with everything in our policy, we aim to professionalize and increase efficiency wherever possible.

We began by setting up the workshop, and earlier this year, construction started on a fully automated wash facility.

We are now proud of the result, and we are excited to showcase it with a time-lapse of its realization. The building has been fully modernized and constructed to be as energy-efficient as possible, equipped with a heat pump, solar panels, and the fully automated washing system.

The system is prepared for future water recycling.

A major advantage is that the washing frequency of the vehicles has become much more flexible. We can now wash the trucks during the week. With the adjusted frequency, it’s also easier to keep the trucks clean.

In our old wash bay, the trucks had to reverse inside. The new wash facility works like a car wash; the trucks drive straight through it. This is another safety advantage!

Most of the manual labour has been eliminated. The cleaning process is now fully automated.
